Call me Norma(n) Rae

I once again awoke this morning to find that not only was my heat off, but my hot water was too. This makes 5 times in the last month (give or take one, but how can you expect an icicle to have a clear memory). I've decided that it's time to spring to action and take a stand against the corporations who simply don't seem to care that they are reducing an entire apartment building to live in arctic conditions. I know that I am up on my soapbox, but this problem is much bigger than just my temperature issues. Like an iceberg, if you look beneath the surface the issue at hand is always greater than you anticipated. (see what i did there)
